The installation is all correct including openvz is already automatically creating as KVM, but only the KVM does not offer remote access, openvz linux because it already offers a rated SSH observation is the fact that the openvz are not using virtual MAC IP fail over, as the KVM I believe it is necessary to use.

What did I do to make the windows also provide the connection automatically?

As it was stated in the response to your ticket regarding the same case: please contact directly Proxmox support and ask if such a solution is possible. At the moment, we are not able to create Proxmox Cloud For WHMCS that is compatible with remote access on Windows.
