Websitepanel Extended for WHMCS

My website panel extended module does not want to work, When I click on any of the buttons or rather module functions eg Email Manager, File Manager, I get a white page. No errors displayed. I have configured whmcs to display error messages in the admin area.

I have followed the setup guide as per the article, I am also using the whmcs websitepanel module from websitepanel, have tested using the default template and few templates from different vendors.

I have tried it both on apache and iis on windows 2008 r2, my php.ini extensions are configured as follow.
