Recurring Billing Extended

Here is the issue I'm having, when I have someone come to my site to order a product that requires a contract they are running into an error. Unable to find Item with ID:0 This is after they have filled out everything on the details section and then are allowed to accept the contract. However they are unable to view said contract. If you log in then everything works as expected so for current customers everything works great! If you're new then not so much. Is there an issue that were not aware of or is this a miss-configured template?

Please be advised that a client has to own an account and be logged in it to confirm a contract.
This step is obligatory in order to proceed with the filling of the contract with customer details.
Unregistered users cannot sign contracts because the module cannot recognize to whom the contract shall be assigned to.
