Proxmox Cloud Error

Postby cherrywoodtech » 2nd January 2020, 3:23 am

I was testing out a lxc template using Centos 8 and Proxmox threw an error that the template was not compatible. Now Promox Cloud throws the following when attempting to delete the VM.

Configuration file 'nodes/a1/lxc/108.conf' does not exist

Is there any way to remove the data referencing this virtual server from Proxmox Cloud?

Hello,

There are two possible ways for you to resolve the encountered problem. First, you may follow the step-by-step instructions available right here: https://docs.whmcs.com/Products_Managem ... m_a_Client

Additionally, in order to proceed with the removal, you may as well simply delete the value from the "VMID" custom field. Once ready, you will be able to create a new VM by clicking the "Create" button.

Hope it helps! However, if any further problems arise, it would be best if you get in direct contact with our Support Specialists so they can have a further look at the encountered issues.

I ended up just deleting the product from the test client account and reset up the product. Error is gone now, just kinda sucks to do it that way.
