Parallels Plesk Panel Extended issue

Hi,

We just started to test Parallels Plesk Panel Extended module and have an issue with FTP-Accounts page. It looks like broken (s. attached picture). All other pages are fine.
Any idea why?

Hello,

At this stage, we are not able to provide you with a detailed answer, since there are at least a few possible causes of this issue. Could you please elaborate a little bit more on what is going wrong?

Hello Joanna,

Nothing is went wrong. Setup and configuration went fine and everything works fine except this page for FTP. We will to buy this module but not so. Could you tell me please what we can check?

Hello Mike,

Since we are not able to reproduce the issue in our test environment, it would be greatly appraciated if you could provide us with your WHMCS admin area details and FTP details, so the developer can check it directly in your system.
To this end, please open a ticket, include a description of your problem and add access details using secured messages box to ensure its safety.

If you have any additional questions before purchase, please state them all in the ticket. Our Support Team will gladly assist with any queries you may have.

I opened the ticket but disappointed with support. The answer from support was:

"I checked it and changing the FTP password works properly.
Please specify what is wrong."

I never stated that changing the FTP password doesn't work. I asked because crippled layout and missing options to add additional FTP accounts. What a shame. We will not invest money in something that on your homepage look other as in our WHMCS and probably doesn't work as expected. And good support is us important too but not provided from your side.

We do our best to provide our clients with comprehensive, fully efficient support, from diagnosing the problem to finding a solution. Since we are dealing with complex software products, we are not always able to recognize the issue on the fly. Please do not feel discouraged, we will certainly give you the answer you are waiting for. As a matter of fact, the developer has already found the cause of your problem and he is currently working on a solution.
