Ok, traffic has recalculated:
Bandwidth
16.34 GB of 10 GB Used / 0 B Free
But I am able to use virtual machines.
How could I prevent their usage or take additional fee for overusing?

I am glad to hear that. Network traffic is calculated when WHMCS runs cron (which should run once a day).
You can find more information here.

This moment isn't handled by our module anymore but the WHMCS itself. You can find more details here.
I hope it helps godlike.
