DNS Manager - zones are not created on cPanel server

Hello,
I'm testing the module in a dev environment which is a 1:1 copy of our production server.

Everything seems to work fine, except when an order for a domain is placed, a new zone is not automatically created on the cPanel server that I've set as a target server in the Connection tab. Instead, the new zone is added to the Zones list but I have to click on "Create zone" in order to actually create it on the cPanel server (screenshot attached).

Once I click on "Create zone" everything is ok and the domain is available for management in the Client area just like it should be. Anyway I'd like to make it completely automated without the need for manual intervention.

Can you help me troubleshooting this issue? I'm going to buy the module if I solve this.
