Hi is there a way to setup an automated followup on the CRM system when a client is set to a particular contact type.
Example, a contact has changed from being a "potential" contact type to a "request a demonstration" contact type.
I wish for a contact / sales person to get a followup reminders to follow up on that contact, X days (custom days) after the contact type was changed for that contact.
Also is it possible to setup emailing contacts in the same way using this idea?
