Cpanel Extended - Install Applications Loops

At first we had some licensing issues, but I was able to resolve that simply by "re-issuing" the license since we moved servers. So that part is fixed. However, when we tested it out with our test account,by following the "trail" to the "install applications" button in the clients area, upon clicking this button, it just loops back around to the clients product list and doesn't give you any options or anything to install anything.

WHMCS Version: 5.3.10
cPanel Extended Version: (I think) 1.6

Does this cPanel extended version not work with WHMCS version 5.3.10 ?

cPanel Extended For WHMCS should work just fine with WHMCS 5.3.10.

Hello Mark,

Your version is two years old, therefore it does not support the latest WHMCS.
Please update the module to version 2.2.1 and the problem will disappear. You can download it from our client area.
