Vertical Navigation Links

Postby ASantiagoJr » 7th November 2012, 8:24 am

Since the latest version of WHMCS, their navigation is listed in a horizontal format. I know my current design is limited in content space. Therefore the cPanel Extended for WHMCS navigation is in a vertical format above the page options. Maybe moving this to a horizontal navigation would be more inline with WHMCS.

Thanks for pointing this out!
We have done it in two ways:
- For v5 default template, it shows the menu in vertical format
- For "portal" template it shows the menu in horizontal format

Also, the menu is fully customizable in:
Code: Select all
cpanel_extended/templates/mainsite.tpl

So if its not looking properly you can simply fix that. ;)

How can I change this? I would like this to be vice versa. So its more inline with my design. I would prefer my v5 template to have the horizontal format.

Changes will take effect after you switch the template from 'Default' or any other, to 'Portal'. You can do this in 'Setup' -> 'General Settings'.

Is it possible to allow the v5 template to use the horizontal format?

as far as i understand, you would be able to do this yourself by editing
Code: Select all
cpanel_extended/templates/mainsite.tpl
:)
