Suggestions for Hosting Renewals

Hello people,

I have a few suggestions for the Hosting Renewals module:

Keep settings
When you disable the module (for debugging purposes for example) and enable it again, all settings are lost. The settings you made in the admin area but also the settings of the clients (whether the client turned auto renewal on or of). I do not want to ask my clients over and over to turn the option on or off to their choice again. It would be nice to "save the settings".

One setting for all
It would be nice to make the settings and notification rules once and use it for all products. Now I need to make the same settings at each product.

Combine invoices
At this moment when an invoice is created for the renewal, a client receives two invoices. One for the hosting package and one for the domain renewal. It would be nice if the invoices would be combined so the client receives only one invoice.
