SMS opens or replies to support ticket

You have a GREAT SMS module now with a lot of features. One (maybe) easy add (or a new module) would be to have SMS interface with the ticketing system. This way customers could open and reply to tickets via SMS. I have a LOT of customers who prefer sending SMS over email.

Thoughts?
