Module has been already updated and it supports early version of Plesk 12.
Check out the changelog please: http://www.modulesgarden.com/products/whmcs/parallels_plesk_panel_extended/changelog

After release of full version it will be updated once again. So yes, it will work fine with Plesk 12.
