I have good news for you - we are going to release a new module "Advanced Reseller" module for WHMCS/HostBill that will cover:
- Domain Reselling
- Hosting Accounts Reselling (for specific modules, definitely cPanel/Rackspace/
- API documentation
- 3rd Party module for WHMCS/HostBill that can be provided to your resellers

I see, indeed we have a delay here but fortunately the release of the module was not abandoned.

Our existing module: Domains Resellers For WHMCS already has everything from the above list despite of Hosting Accounts Reselling which should be ready and released around May. Furthermore, HostBill modules for domains reselling are in our plans and they might be released later.
