Just wondering if the addon takes daily use into account or only checks at the moment that billing tis to be done.
Example, user is on 30 day unlimited / dynamic billing and has 50Gb but brings it down to 2 Gb on day 28.
What will be billed for him?
Will it be 28 x 50Gb and 2 x 2 or 30 x 2?
Do you understand the issue at hand?

Fee is charged not at one rate for a whole settlement period but for a specific time interval determined by a previously defined cron job. For example, if you set a cron to run every five minutes, the fee will be charged every five minutes pursuant to hourly rates. After a settlement period, everything will be summed up on the invoice.
