Downtime

Postby Piotr » 25th August 2014, 5:06 pm

As many of you have noticed, we have suffered from the serious DDOS attack which caused an extensive downtime of our website and licensing system. That resulted in problems with our modules for a certain percentage of our customers (not everyone).

We are aware of fact that this is extremely inconvenient and troublesome situation for you, but we would like to kindly ask you for a little bit more of trust and patience. A good news is that, in this week we will introduce an entirely new license checking system along with new module versions. This will effectively limit the influence of servers downtimes/malfunctions on the work of the modules.

We are extremely sorry for all the problems. Please just wait until the problem is permanently fixed.

We encourage you to monitor our social networks like this Forums as well as Facebook, Twitter and Google+ for more details. Soon you will hear more information, this time pleasant ones, you can be sure about that.

Due to servers migration, our client area has been temporarily disabled. We will restore it as soon as possible.
However, our licensing system is slowly starting to work properly so your problems with licenses should disappear in time. What is more, access to our website, Blog, Wiki and Forums becomes stable, but the work is still in progress.

We are very grateful for your patience and support.

Finally some good news! Our websites and licensing system are both up and running, but please keep in mind that we are still working hard on the security and stability improvements. Implementing changes will take at least another day, so there might be some smaller downtimes on the way.

We would like to officially apologise for such an extensive downtime and thank you for the vast patience.
