Can not assign host name to KVM VPS

We already successfully configure the Promox add on module in our Whmcs, when the payment accepted, the new kvm vps will be created automatically, but we are not sure what is the reason, the newly created VPS name will be auto assigned to random numbers instead of the hostname of client server (when client place new order). Your may refer to screen capture as attached. There was no error found in module log as well. May I know how to resolve this problem? We have another server have the same setting, it is working fine. Anyone here encounter this problem before?

Yesterday we released the update of Proxmox VPS For WHMCS which may resolve your problem. Please download version 1.5.2 from our client area and install it in your system. If the issue persists, open a ticket and include all necessary details of the case. Our Support Team will use best efforts to resolve reported matter promptly.
